Professionals

Here at DWSP, we believe in not just providing therapy services but in fostering a supportive environment where clinicians, health care professionals, teachers, educators, and community members can flourish and grow together.

Educators and Community Members

At DWSP, we extend our support beyond clinical sessions. We offer a wealth of resources and educational opportunities.

Through professional development workshops, education sessions and resource creation, parent information sessions, and school consultancy programs, we empower educators and community members with knowledge that enriches their understanding of speech pathology and occupational therapy.

We also provide classroom-based sessions where educators can learn how to practically use the skills they have been taught, through modelling and supporting students, coaching and tips and tricks for using resources.

We Support New Graduates

For new clinicians stepping into the workforce embarking upon their career, our Graduate Clinician Program provides a solid foundation.

With a minimum of weekly supervision sessions, we guide and mentor you, ensuring a smooth transition into your professional role. Worried about the costs associated with professional development?

Fret not!

Our commitment to your growth is unwavering; we cover 100% of the Clinical Supervision/Professional Development program costs for the year.

This comprehensive package includes a personalised training and mentoring program tailored to your needs.

We Invest In Our Team

That’s why we go the extra mile to help you specialise and fine-tune your skills, tailoring your caseloads to align seamlessly with your professional interests. Our supportive atmosphere ensures that you excel in your field and find immense satisfaction in your work.

We understand the importance of continuous learning and personal development. We provide an additional professional development budget for external PD, with paid attending hours. This budget is reviewed annually to ensure it meets your evolving needs.
