Paris is interested in supporting children and their families by integrating evidence-based practices with a client-centred approach. Paris aims to help clients reach their goals and full potential through meaningful and interactive activities and interactions.
Jessie is also undertaking further professional development in neuro affirmative practice, and working with ASD and ADHD clients. Jessie has done further professional development in sensory processing, floortime and motor planning.
Rebecca (Bec) has been with DWSP since 2015. She graduated from La Trobe University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in occupational therapy.
Nikayla is a new graduate Occupational Therapist who is excited to begin working in paediatrics. Nikayla is particularly interested in neurodiversity in children and using principles of strengths-based practice and neurodiversity-affirming care to improve the functional capacities of her clients and families.
Naomi has been working as an OT for over 10 years. She is vibrant and authentic and is continually seeking out professional development in the most current evidence-based practices.
Kirsten has a holistic approach to her therapy and always works collaboratively with children and their families to empower the families she supports. She has a keen interest in interoception and its link to emotional regulation.
Julia has a background working in government special and special developmental schools and brings with her experience in navigating educational systems and working in collaboration with teaching and school leadership teams to DWSP.
Josie joined the DWSP team in 2021. She graduated La Trobe University with a Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice. Along the way, Josie has also completed a Bachelor of Music (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science with a major in anatomy.
Jane is one of DWSP’s senior occupational therapists and has extensive experience working across early intervention and paediatric mental health settings.
Jade is one of our Senior Occupational Therapists, and has spend most of her career developing her skills and knowledge overseas in a range of disability, community, early intervention and educational settings.
Emily joined the DWSP team in 2021 as a graduate occupational therapist and holds a Master of Occupational Therapy.
